Solicitud de nulidad del Auto 480A/20.
Mediante la precitada providencia se rechazó una petición de nulidad presentada por Natalia Bernal Cano en el trámite del proceso radicado con el número D-13956.
Luego de analizar el presente incidente, constató la Corte que se resolvió la nulidad planteada sin tener conocimiento de que, mientras se surtía el debate sobre el asunto, la secretaría general de la Corporación había remitido a todos los despachos las recusación presentada el día anterior por la misma ciudadana, la cual tenía como propósito apartar del trámite incidental a los magistrados Alejandro Linares Cantillo, Antonio José Lizarazo Ocampo y Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado.
Con base en lo anterior y, con el fin de garantizar ampliamente el debido proceso, se declara la NULIDAD del Auto mencionado
